The multiple monitors combine several display areas together to form effectively a ¡°sum of its parts¡± display area. As a result, you can personalize your trading space because it allows you to freely move the numerous windows to where you deem best. On top of that, it takes away the hassle of toggling back and forth between multiple windows.

People with one monitor can use the RTS four layer feature, which allows you the same display area as someone with four monitors, the only thing being you have to toggle back and forth.
People with two or more monitors can view more information all at once, which may ease and clarify trading analysis. For example, the same stock in different time setting charts can display simultaneously.
For beginners, it is best to start with one or two monitors ¨C you can always add more monitors later when you feel the need.
