    • Fees for the data feeding service are calculated based on the total number of stocks simultaneously displayed (default is 300); fees for the software license are shown on the following table.

    1. Exchange fees calculation: $3 each for NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ = $3 * 3 = $9.
    2. For each additional 300 stocks simultaneously displayed, there will be an additional $38/month data feeding fee.
    3. Prices displayed are after a 15% discount for the semiannual and a 30% discount for the annual prepaid plan.


  • RTS registering online:

    1. Please fill out the form. All information will be used internally only and will not be disclosed to third parties.
    2. We use the most secure VeriSign online payment solution.
    3. Only RTS-SW and RTS-AT are available for 2-week free trials. We won't charge your credit card in the trial period. You may cancel the trial 3 business days before the expiration. To cancel trial, please email cancel@bdesoft.com with subject line "Cancel RTS-SW Free Trial" or "Cancel RTS-AT Free Trial." If you do not receive the cancellation confirmation, please call (510) 794-8568.
    4. We only accept VISA and MasterCard.

Note:

  1. All prices subject to change without further notice.
  2. For your protection, we do not accept verbal cancellations.
  3. Cancellation of the RTS trials must be done 3 business days before the expiration through email to cancel@bdesoft.com with subject "Cancel RTS-XXX (Std, AT, Pro) Service." User can call (510) 794-8568 only if cancellation confirmation has not been received.
  4. All products and services are non-refundable.
